Car was damaged during my ownership in low speed collision with a pedestrian rail August 2025 (picture of damage attached). Insurance approved bodyshop went way above what was required and insurer wanted to write it off. I insisted upon repairs as it has been such a great car resulting in new steering rack, nearside suspension, sump, nearside tyre and alloy, nearside wing and bumper all being replaced.

10 miles from all airports and ferry ports in Northern Ireland.

Cherished VRM will be removed.

Dunno if its age related but ive come back from a test drive on potential new Volvo and thinking am I seriously wise enough? 5 cylinder diesel against 2.0 diesel with turbo and 24 volt battery and a massive screen that could go bang and leave the car stranded? Washed the Xc60 and told her I love her.

No. Couldnt agree a deal on the one I test drove so mine is in after the bank holiday for Service whilst the search continues

We have an XC60D5 SE with Polestar - it’s one of the last of the 5 cylinder engines. We bought it with 120k on the clock and plan to run it for the next 10 years.
You’ll regret selling that the moment it goes, we regretted selling our V70 t5 so we’re keeping hold of this.
