DAY TRIPPERS

Due to other commitments Ian and me were only able to make the Saturday. We left Worcester at 8am but enjoyed the lanes too much on the way up to the RV :blast and were very late - Sorry lads :augie

The runs started a bit later than I had planned so there wasn't a lot of time to take photos but looking at all the tired but happy faces I think the run was a success. :thumb

Me & Ian rode 14 hours 360 miles  on Saturday but we both agreed it was a great day out and there are not enough hours in the day when out trail riding!

It did seem like a KTM day out but as we all met through Ade on this site here are a couple of pictures of the lads in action.

Hope you lads had a good day sunday :beerjug:

Great day on Sunday as well but far too many orange things for my liking:augie Too tired for many pics but did some great tracks, lanes and had lunch at the Ponderosa!

As usual Loius, thanks for finding those great tracks and they are much easier and much more enjoyable on the XT

And as you passed the little petrol station at Abertridwr, just after Lake Vernwy, there were six pogo's sat waving at you. :D

It was a pretty impressive convoy rolling past! Looks like you all had nearly as much fun as we did. Timpo led us around some of the more "challenging" lanes, hence the enduro bikes, but we still managed 125 miles in the day. If I get chance I'll put some photos up later.

Great Weekend

Hi Guys,

A complete newbie to all this, I joined you lads in Wales on my KTM travelling down on Friday and camping.

What a fantastic weekend. Thanks to everyone for making me welcome, Louis and Ian for looking after us on the trails and posting a few pics of my nice orange KTM :-)

I had a really great time and I'm looking forward to the next weekend.

Thanks again.

pete
PS I didn't think there was too much orange ;-) Would have been nice to have a few GS's to accompany the 3 KTM Adventures

Glad you could join us Pete and at least you didn`t bin it like you promised you would unlike certain other people on a 990:D

Hope you enjoy this site which is good even if you ride a K*M ( see, I can`t even say it:blast) so pay your £12 subs there`s a good chap and you have access to the pm facility as well as the KTM and for sale and wanted forums.

We`ll get a couple more weekends in through the summer if I can lay my hands on the bug killer:eek:

Need i say more lol......

ANOTHER RIDE?

Hi,

I enjoyed the weekend that much I'm dying for a repeat session on the big bike!

A couple of lads I know with 990 Adventures are up for finding out what the lanes are like in Wales .......... so - not knowing who to ask/turn to, and in need of another great ride ... ... ... so is anyone organising anything suitable for the big trailies? :-)

Cheers
Pete
