Walk in the snow

Don't get too much snow in these parts so I had to go explore.

The Rescue helicopter was busy on Pen Y Fan for most of the walk, it looked like somebody had fallen down the North face.

Been getting far too much exercise this week ...

Hi Matey,

Good to see the women folk carry shovels up North.

The only problem with snow is that brings everybody out sledging.
The Storey Arm's was like a bloody carpark.

First time I've seen a Traffic Warden up there.

This is my youngest on the way down from Penyfan, taken last christmas. He did enjoy the walk but he wasn't a happy bunny at this point. Next time, we'll take him in the Summer.

There was no snow, but it was so cold that the water bottles in our rucksack had ice in them.

They were training with the Central Beacons Rescue Team, we were in Treffyl quarries training and could hear then on the radio.
