Wallpaper for iPad

I want to use this photo as wallpaper for my home/lock screen. When selected however it zooms in on one area and not as it appears in my camera roll. What can I do so that it appears as the original?

It's a glitch in the new ios, does this help

Turn the device to portrait mode, take a screen shot (home button, and lock button at the same time), and use that as the wallpaper. That worked for me.

Do a screen shot of the photo you want to use.. Then you'll be able to size that one to fit.
