Does anyone have a set of 1200 alloys they dont want. Does anything else fit???
Would like to have alloy wheels for road use with BTO20's on for road use and put off road tyres on the spoked wheels for 'playing' off road
Thanks

i might be interested to sell mine. What would be your offer, please pm me.

Spokes anyone?

Hijack!

Another attempt at getting a set of spoked wheels for a GS12 here.

Anyone got any going spare?

Don't forget my commission, Rod......... ;)

If you really think you did summat Davey...I'll offset it against my sellers fee when I punt your 8 spoke. :thumb

Rod.

Thinking about getting a set of cast/alloy wheels (got spokes already). So how much should I budget, what are the options and what else should I be thinking about?

The idea is to fit TKCs to the spoked wheels and Tourances on the cast wheels. I then want to swap wheels according to the day's pleasures. Ideally that means wheels with discs on them already. Is that OK, or does it cause problems.

Questions, questions .. :nenau

spy in the camp, i have been thinking the same things as well, the tourances are struggling with the mud and would like the option of swapping wheels as appropriate.

how do others get on?

swopping rims out

This works like a charm. I have a set from MATKAT ( not too sure why he is after another ? - Whats up Fred? ). The main thing to remember is that the rear studs are shorter on the alloys and if you accidentally use the long ones for the wire spoked off road tires, then you risk crushing the abs sensor ! Otherwise, it works like a charm and the bike looks fantastic either way.

I have two sets of wheels since long. TKC80 + Anakee. Changes 8-10 times per year.

Front wheels are complete incl rotors. It's a must to also have two separate kits of front brake pads. I found out that it takes 400 km before the brake works properly if I don't use separate kits.

I have labeled the pads A1-A4 and B1-B4 to make shure that I put them back in exactly the same slot at every wheel change.

I'm not looking
