Halvarssons. They do an inner safety jacket and trousers which is a type of kevlar woven fabric with CE protection. Over the top you can have a fully waterproof, half mesh or full mesh outer jacket and trousers. The inner is the dear bit, so it is feasible to have the best of both with waterproof and fully vented outer options. As the web site says, many police forces use them. I have tried the fully vented jacket and it provides a really good airflow.
