Warped tyre

Noticed that the part of the side wall of my front tourance has warped causing a pulse from the front. Have covered 10000 miles on it and would have been changing it soon anyway, has anyone experienced this ? The last run I was on involved a bit of forest tracks with potholes etc, so am thinking this probably played it's part.

I've not had this happen on a bike, but I've had two car tyres ruined by potholes in this way. Damaged sidewall = scrap tyre.

Get a new tyre on immediately.... your tyre could suffer a catastrophic blow-out at any time !

Cheers folks, will be taking a slow run to my local tyre dealer who thankfully is only a few mlles up the road

Pop a wheelie all the way there and you don't have to worry about it blowing out.
