Having had the 'misfortune' to use the service twice whilst on European tours, I can attest that the service and back up is very good.
They are quick, professional and quite helpful.
The only note would be that the service seems to have no 'clout' when pushing a dealer to hurry and repair the bike.
I had to wait a week for the (French) dealer to get a part and replace it. Which meant having a hire car for the rest of my trip and collect the bike at the end.
Although all was paid for without any quibble whatsoever.
IMHO the best service and why I still consider a new BMW before the others.
