One has to put down a deposit if one intends to buy a machine.

I "stole" someone else's car this way while he was test driving it without a deposit.

No deposit requested, it was offered, as he had procured the bike at my request and said it was sold to my good self. Sold it to a chap he knew who bought
it on a whim........................ upshot was I found another in Chester, did the deal for a better spec bike at the same price  ...and did a better P/ex deal.

update..........dropped bike off this morning, software updated & oil sender replaced.
Apparently, the suspension failure is/maybe down to the ezcan / spotlights sending rouge messages to the canbus system ? Strange as it had failed before & after that was fitted, also if the lithium battery is low. Again, strange as the bike sits with the trickle charger attached (BMW approved unit) when in the garage.
I didn't return the 270mls of overfill oil, waiting to see if it's been overfilled again..........................collecting tomorrow so we shall see!

Love the bike, not the drama's
