WC Gets Dirty

H Dave, when I know I`m going on dirt I run 30-30 PSI. THis is also ok for the road. The rear tyre sensor doesn't like this and flashes a warning. it doesn't really bother me as I know its not dangerous (its just a flashing light after all).
A bit of black tape would soon make it go away if it becomes to annoying :D

When I know I`ve got a few days on road coming up I run 30 ish front and about 35 rear. The truth is though it doesn't make that much difference to be fair.
A lot of folk get bent out of shape about tyre pressures but its not that important ( in my opinion of course).

Hi all
What sort of mileage do you get out of a rear TKC

Thanks Terry

there is some opinion out there about running low/lower pressures with the low profile tyres fitted onto the water GS .

ie , it may cause pinch punctures and dent rims.

am just relaying the concern since I run normal road pressures when running mild off road . Heavier off road is done with a FE450

I was up there on the KTM the w/e before you - unlike you, you big girl's blouse with your enduro pro bollox I took those little whoops at full power full chat................................

................and scared myself shitless :D Mind you, the bike shrugged it off.

Here's a far superior bike parked up just around the corner from your picture - I'm out of shot relieving myself..............................

They've been photo shopped. Gary and Andres can barely bump the kerb in waitrose...

Lee, get yourself over to Adventure Bike Warehouse on Saturday afternoon, if you talk nicely to Skygod, he might arrange a little trip out for you. Even if you don't, there's Chilli, tea, coffee and talking bollox from 12.00 onwards. :thumb
Isn't that right Gaz?

Thanks Mark, ABW is a stones throw from my old house (which is currently absorbing obscene amount of my time (rented it out for a while))....I'm unfortunately on sprog duty that day though I'm over at the old house on saturday so will have a wander over, I'm sure my 3yr old would like some of the "Girls" chilli".
