Don't know if anyone can help with this problem, please?
I have a website hosted by Moonfruit, it's been operational for a few years without any problems.
Lately, when I try to log-in to Moonfruit to alter the site, there are are two boxes displayed, a square one saying '0% of log-in completed' plus a rectangular box on top of the square one saying' Windows Internet Explore. Not able to open site because the site either doesn't exist or is not responding, try again later'.
This has been going on for a few weeks, however, if I try to access the site via a laptop or a friend's computer, everything works as it should do.
I did put the question to Moonfruit but they asked I could not even understand the questions they asked!
In between the access working and not working, I didn't make any changes to my computer.
Any ideas please?

Thanks for the quick reply! This is where you realise computerwise I'm a numpty.....I can find Settings but how do you clear the Internet cache?
Second question, where can I download Chrome or Firefox from?

Lots of comments online suggesting they are having big problems.

Can you access your CP from their main page?

If you can, download a copy of your latest DB and save it fast.
Then look for a decent hosting site like Fast2host and get things up and moving again fast.

Cheap Merkin hosting companies are worth shit all, and cause so many problems that the 20 quid a year you may save just causes you a ridiculous amount of problems, site downtime and lost effort.

Right, thanks Marki GSA, I found a French version of Chrome to download, (my computer's French), and via Chrome I can now access my website, thanks again!:thumb2
Fanum, thanks for the suggestion, I will look into it.
