Hi Hope this helps you. It helped me I was an at least twenty a day for 25yrs. I used the strongest patches I could get. On patches for 10weeks slowly reducing the dosage after 4weeks. But what really helped was having 2 cigs in a packet with me at all times. Seems strange but when the cravings hit hard. It’s easier to say NO I don’t want one because you have some with you. Then when you don’t. You seem to think about them all the time and the cravings become worse. And last longer. If this makes any sense. 3yrs this may. Good luck.

). Stickleback was so spot on about having a drink or somat at the other end of a ride. It really does help with that "what shall I do" feeling after getting off the bike.
