Well thanks to Robin of this parish I was fortunate to acquire this baby a few days ago. Had to give her a good wash yesterday as she's sat in a garage since June, and then towed through some shitty Devon lanes and then up a few miles of motorway.

She badly needs tyres, and a good service.

And I need to sort insurance which is proving a bit of an issue at the moment.

Life must be grim to have a Pan:(:comfort

Why, she sits nicely next to the GS, Blackbird, CBR600, wifes Virago, lads 125thingy, and soon a 50 scoot for the daughter?

Well actually that's not quite true, as space is becoming an issue. :blast

Forks are a mess.

Bet the collector's gone too , sat all that time...:augie

:D

Collector? Dunno, I'll have to check that, but I'd be surprised. Forks are farely typical modern day Honda, my bird ones are almost as bad, although they've been bogded with Hammerite by the last owner.
However, as of 11.30 last night these ones are now freshly painted, brakes are all cleaned up and the new front tyre's been fitted. Just got to put it all back together tonight and sort rear brake, tyre and an oil change for first ride on Sunday.

Oh, and the insurance turned out to be a doddle. I'd forgotten to remove my old Bird last summer, so they just swapped this one for that and being lower risk, no charge, and the renewal due at the end of the month went down £75 after I casually mentioned I'd got married last year :thumb2
£360 for 06Bird, 03Pan, 06CBR6 and 00R850GS.
Gotta love IAM surety :clap

Looking forward to hearing how the Pan compares to the rest of the fleet :thumb2
