You could leave it in my garage. Are there any good bits on it?

:D

Greg

Phil, you know you're more than welcome to leave it in my garage/bespoke shed, and I'll get it warmed up for you prior to your off roading in Wales. It's a dirty job but someones gotta do it!!:D

Steve

So, if I leave my bike in Greg's garage it gets stripped, and if I leave it in Steve's (Beemer) garage, he thrashes the arse off it..........hmm : :mmmm
The helpfulness of the guys on this board never ceases to amaze me.

Thanks Guys, can I get back to you on your more than generous offers? :dabone

Calling Steve Hartshorne & Charlie Batty

Hey Guys, I've tried pm'ing you but for some reason they're not going through.

Give me a call on 07711 182888 to go over the details of the Welsh off-road trip on the 28th - 30th October.

Mad Marys

Hi all .
You will have a great time up there. There are some great lanes . If the Trod is open get the guide to take you up n over, its great jumping the bogs.
Strata florida is great too, rocky with lots of water crossings.

Mad mary will look after you. she is a great old girl.

Tony Allen.

Welsh Off-road trip 28th - 30th October/update

We've now got ten people coming on this trip, they are:

Ktm Dave
Greg Masters
Riverking
Clive
Roy (Blue Sweeper)
Roy's mate
Steve Hartshorne
Charlie Batty
Nadeem
Me.

I've just spken to Mary at the hotel, and asked whther we could have more riders if there was any interest, she has agreed to get back-up for the ride leader, so if anyone else wants to come, It's £30.00 per night per head (sharing a twin or triple bedded room) including breakfast. £25.00 per rider for the guide who will take us along some fabulous trails, as well as take us to the best stops for food & fuel.
Anyone else care to join in? - it'll be a good'un :thumb

Phil is there any space in the vans/trailers - you were going to sort it out after we had 10 people.

Nadeem, I did post up who had trailers/vans etc. So far, the only spare places are possibly in Clive's van (located in Reading), or the possibility of room on the back of Charlies's pick-up truck (located Hants/Sussex). I do have a three bike trailer you're welcome to use, but I don't have a car with a towing bracket, only a twenty two foot motorhome with a tow bracket, and I ain't hauling that all the way to Wales and staying in a hotel. Note:If this info has changed Clive/Charlie, please advise accordingly. :thumb

Thanks

Phil

In the van we have :

I can take another bike but not another body. unless they sit in the back with the bikes!!

I hope one of you takes along a GPS receiver and records these "fabulous trails" - post the track log here for the rest of us to enjoy :D

Hopefully - I have my Navigator II connected up to my TTR :)

I believe I have space in my van (Citroen Dispatch) for an extra bike - but I'd really like to try that out before the day of travel just in case there isn't room

I forgot about the Squadron Leader!

Somehow, I'd assumed that Phil was making his own way there.

I suspect that several of us will have a GPS strapped to our bikes!
