I was out that way today, however, I was going the other way Masham over the moor to Patley. Did you see the Air ambulance rider knocked off A59 by the ressy, didn,t look good. I was with a Blackbird and a Pan my GS is Blue.

I was also dropping into Lofthouse from Mahsam:), about 2-30 ish and no I didn't see the Air Ambulance...
 
yup was out went from castleford to pateley bridge, grassington, hawes, over to lord stones cafe, scarborough, then home, silver gs1200 wife on back :thumb
 
Yep, early afternoon Seaways café, but the queue was out the café door, so I went to visit me mum for a brew instead.

The I got a call out to Squires café to meet a mate and his lad, looks like it had been a busy afternoon there, lastly a cold ride back to York at 5.00
 
I was in that neck of the woods, started off at seaways then over to Pateley Bridge, to the oldest sweet shop, then onto Howstean Gorge for tea n buns over the topto Masham then onto to Thirsk then the back way into Castle Howard, Thixendale and made it back to Fimber for a cup of Hot chocolate just before he shut up shop, here the 4 of us split up to ride or own ways back home, 3GSers 1x 1150 road bike I arrived back in Lincolnshire just after 1700hrs just starting to get realy cold, but a great day out with some good freinds, thats what its all about.

Yup, I was out as well that day but it did get cold as the day wore on, first time I had the heated grips on max setting :thumb

Saw quite a few GS's on the A170 between Helmsley and Scarborough.

I think a heated vest will be on my shopping list at the NEC
 
If it was a group of 9,taking the off road from lofthouse to masham it was us.
we had a camping weekend at Tan Hill with the HU.

great weekend plenty to drink and a some great ride outs:beerjug:
