Over the last couple of days with the rubbish weather and using the GS for work i seem to have aquired a problem.
All has been fine then work wednesday through some heavy rain and the bike was outside all night in it until i finished in the morning and set off home and it felt very rough with snatchy throttle and popping more than usual below 4000rpm but cleared once above that.
Went to work yesterday afternoon and a bit the same but after 20 minutes riding in the warm and dry it seemed better, jump on to come home this morning after another deluge and back to rough again low down.
Anyone had a similar thing and can give me some pointers on what to check please?

Most probably a crack in the outer sheath of the fuel injector leads. A small amount of moisture can cause havoc until they dry out.

Also check the O2 sensor connectors. If you removed them the bare plugs should have been sealed with self amalgamating tape. Peel it off & check its dry inside.

I shall have a look in the book of words to see where these things are and check for water, thanks for the advice.

Check all of the connectors on the injectors for moisture, especially the TPS plug on the outside of the left injector.
I had problems keeping it dry when I was using a PCV.
