What’s it worth? Difficult to price

I haven’t really used this a lot recently and it’s starting to feel a bit heavy so it’s either putting on weight or I’m getting old I fancy something a bit lighter such as a Tuono, but although not lighter may be tempted by an 1200RT or a 1300 Pan

2010 1200GSA TC, ESA etc
Wilber shocks
Stainless de cat headers
Power commander
Top box and panniers
Touratech seat
Tool box
Other bits you can see etc

the reason it’s difficult to price is that she has covered just under 154,000 miles, full BMW service history up to 144,000 miles, formally owned by a member on here who spent a fortune on it.
So what’s it worth??

Not sure what it's worth but it looks in mint condition compared with my 2010 that only has 105,000

Unfortunately mileage is going to put a lot of people off , personally I would remove and eBay all the removable stuff that was added and ask around 3K for the base bike.

What does it owe you ? What would you be happy accepting for it ?

As an example...If I'd paid say £6k for it, had done 40k miles in 2 years and got £3k for it, I'd be happy. (Folk happily buy a new bike and pay £200 pcm for 3 yrs while riding 5k miles a year... then hand it back!)
Alt is as above, sell the bits and pieces and accept what may feel like a pitiful amount but totted up.........
