What a good day !!!

Today was one of those real good days. Picked up my lovely, gleaming, mint 02 GS and now I can't keep my hands off it. Beginning to wonder if i really need a woman. Things is, i fitted the new screen ok, the carbon heel plate went on and so did the crash bars all ok. But can I buggery work out how to fit the Carbon Hugger. Anybody able to give me a clue? I'm usually very good with my hands - ask the missus !

You don’t say which Hugger you have bought, try a search with the hugger manufacturer name, or post a new thread headed “hugger help” and someone will be along with the answer.

Thanks G I'll try that.

I took the damn thing off the last GS 1150 a couple of years ago and its been sat in the garage waiting for a new 1150 to come along.

All the ones I have seen are fitted to the rear caliper mountings using extended bolts.... just a thought
