I have on my bike ('17 TE) an Akro full system, yes they do bark a lot, but I like it and the mrs doesn't mind it. I have even offered to put the standard can back on for touring and she said don't bother.
We have just com back from a two week tour in France fully loaded with vario cases and top box. What a bloody racket, it's something to do with the luggage that seems act like a megaphone the noise seems to come out of everywhere, at first I thought the headers were blowing as the noise seems to be slightly more on the left side.
I don't recall this problem on the previous ('14 TE) bike.
Next tour will have the standard can back on.
