What do they think of us!

The thing with stereotypes is they tend to have a lot of truth about them.

On first glance mark you looked like the cliche personified! then I sat and talked to you for a while and found you where a top bloke. You can't always judge a book n all that.

I can`t remeber the conversation - you obviously can - but nonetheless thank you for your kind words, I do try my best to be the best person I can (and often fail miserably ) and its always nice when someone you don`t know (or can`t chuffing remember) speaks well of you.

Generally speaking, apart from the `green eyed monster` biker types I have often found that the biker fraternity has more decent people than other such groups. or that could be just rose coloured glasses but its my opinion anyway.

Perhaps it would be fair to add to the list of cliches that 1200 owners seem to be rather thin skinned :augie

C'mon, someone makes a jibe and it turns into a mutual hugging thread? :blast

Two comments come to mind:-

The first was attributed to Eric Clapton after being berated for his lack of musical skills by a drunk. Asked by a music jurno why he hadn't defended himself he replied "other people's opinions of me are non of my business"

The second, ermmmm, Oh fukkit, I can't remember the second :blast

A little reminder of our encounter,

Your curry, my shorts.

It would be unusual for me not to make a impression?
