What happened to Dean at Marshall’s bmw?

Hi can anyone shed light on the motoradd manager at Marshall Grimsby Dean spencer
He disappeared off the face of the face of the earth amongst secrets not disclosed
The place is suffering without him and as yet to be replaced
Customer aftersales have gone into oblivion even more
Please share if you can ..

Hi yes I asked many times with no answer, as for Marshall’s I don’t use them much now servicing elsewhere etc but had to go on last week to speak to the service manager, it’s been awhile but allegedly sales are through the roof and certainly a lot of stock there, as for service more stock, more sales, more service, more PDi’s and the same amount of staff ! Oh and no MOT option. Common sense really.

Yes in-house fighting managerless lies and more lies
Under staffed no aftersales or product support for my gs1300 purchase guess they drink a lot of horlicks

Conversely I've stopped using Rotherham since Vertu took them over. I'm getting my TC GSA serviced at Marshalls Grimsby next week for the 1st time as I was impressed with Jess when I spoke with her.
But.....I'm still awaiting a promised call back from a sales guy at Marshalls about a brand new 1250 GSA we were talking about roughly 6 weeks ago.
 
I stopped using Marshalls after they tried to charge me for a brake job which was a warranty claim. Apparently it was my fault for using the bike all year.
This went on for about half an hour. I then asked them to show me where in the handbook it said the bike was only to be used in summer.
The manager at the time , Paul Clarke was an absolute idiot. He said I couldn’t have the bike unless I paid. I said fine, bring in the dealer principal, and let’s get BMW involved. It all changed when a mechanic whispered in his ear.

Interestingly clarky went on to cause havoc at 2 other dealers who apparently, let’s say they parted on less than good terms.

good luck i think they are 40 new 1250 gsa
available with deals they is no aftersales with Marshall group read trustpilot reviews in the first instance ,i am hearing very positive feedback regarding piddocks

it as got worse no manager no customer aftersales he is far to busy pampering his vanity

Yes will do I guess he his busy sorting Marshall messes out
My gs1300 as being a diagnostic nightmare
Marshall have not helped resorting to lies
And there all like it mate? Is not acceptable
They failed to honour rejection promised
And backworded lies lower than a snakes tit
Thank god for independents like rainbow
