What is better than my Thermarest for camping help.

After a couple of back opp's last year my Thermarest now is too uncomfortable.
Is there anything out there as small, light and better to sleep on when camping.

Thermorest do thicker luxury versions. Have you thought about those?

If I'm not having to carry it on my back, I take a Thermorest and a Karri-mat combo which I consider very comfortable.
