IMG_6831.jpegIMG_6883.jpegSo, the 132 is all buttoned up just waiting for the ECM to turn up (wrong one arrived this week) so…..time to assemble all the “spare” bits….crank out tomorrow to thoroughly inspect it and the cases….then… decision time….

Great big feck-off Ape Hangers are, I have been told, essential!

But then again it may already have those given its history!

No, it didn’t break. This motor was from a bike I bought for salvage. A “hot” 128” motor that was mine originally. I swapped lots of it into a new “donor” bike and the up-rated cycle parts. So now I have this, a set of 128 barrels/pistons and a lot of standard 114 parts, to either build up “as is” or have some fun with…

Ok
So potentially a bike for sale, or am I missing something? The Glide is running beautifully by the way.

Good to hear! 👍 How you finding it to ride? They are, most definitely, an acquired taste. No, not for sale, I fancy building something else for myself.

Riding experience is "different". Just starting to get used to it. Cornering is what is ttobe expected, right gear, right line and ride it out. No different to any other bike but less forgiving if you get it wrong 😱.

Off up to the Highlands the week after next on the Auld yin.

What’ll it do mister?

That’s going to be a handful on full throttle!!!!

Ride it, sell it, make another. What else is there ?

I like my rough arsed sportster so keep your dumb mitts off of it. Im not dead yet.😂
