What one thing would you change?

Blasphemy!

To a loyal BMW fan it is, but i just dont care for flat twins.
It seems like BMW are stubborn, otherwise they would have changed their control layout years ago and changed the engine configuration.

The K1200....What an engine, brakes were superb, the handling was amazing. More bike than i need on the road. The fueling was no worse than the GS either, would make a stunning ICBM

Servos

I'm surprised that no one mentioned the brake survos. I'd much rather have the bike without them. Brake warning problem last week has resulted in the complete replacement of the wiring harness (!) and I won't get the bike back until late next week, missing this beautiful riding weekend.

I quite like the quirky boxer engine......one of the reasons I got the bike. Yes the K12 is smooth, but I don't think it would suit the bike....don't forget the low CofG with the boxer.
