Found this bracket on my 2010 TC inside the right hand front side panel.

Any ideas chaps?

It is for mounting the carbon canister, US emissions fuel tank breather , not used on UK models.
Handy for mounting the horn part of a Denali split sound bomb.

It is also a handy place for storing an oil bottle. Just so happens that Nippy Normans do one that is a perfect fit
