Noticed the other day there's a screwed in plastic bung type thing under the subframe area just above the rear shock height adjuster on the left handside. Being curious I undid it & a bit of oil dropped out. What the flip is it & why would oil come out of there?

That would explain the oil then. I'll have figured this bike out in another few months....maybe.
