Interesting reading to be had there....I don't think that I have a case (not that I was necessarily looking for one) on the grounds that I didn't question the dealer at the time of purchase about whether the bike had been an insurance write off or had any accident repair work done to it.
I can live with my own faux pas on this occasion and will hopefully learn from the xperience about future purchases of such significance.
As for the comment about my post title.....fair point....was probably just trying to make it more attention grabbing...but implications of these accepted...err MODERATOR can you drop the 'duped' - apologies
