Tom,

why cant you go any where on a Ducati Hypermotard S or Guzzi V7 classic ?

It is just a matter of working out how to pack your luggage, the Guzzi will tour very well and give about 200 miles to the tank.

And the Ducati will tour perfectly well too.

I know what you are saying .. but certain things to certain people are just not negotiable.

I don't mind being called a cheapskate for looking at sale items all the time :mmmm BUT I HATE being called a liar. If I failed in life many other things, the one thing I hope I will succeed in is keeping my integrity.

For example .. taking off helmets seem to bother some people :augie

Nothing wrong with trying to get the best price for something.

Nothing wrong with getting angry when your word is impugned but replacing your bikes is only really going to affect you and not the dealership you are angry with.

It would be like me starving myself just because of Tesco's discriminatory helmet policy.

I started shopping elsewhere, why not just do the same viz BMW dealerships? :nenau

He's right you know - they've already got your money from that bike. If you like it, keep it.

Had a speed triple for the weekend, fast, grunty, handles, comfy riding position, bit of a hooligan, not cheap.
Had a new street triple R all of the above but smaller, lighter, plenty of power but a screamer and likes revs, much cheaper.

Both hold their value better than jap bikes and have loads of stainless fittings and braided lines standard.
