As above I'd go for a good 1150 - either GS or GSA with some nice extras already fitted. At your size and weight I'd also be investing in aftermarket shocks - Ohlins, Wilbers etc that are sprung for your weight. The OEM items are going to struggle on really bumpy roads - and that's without luggage and/or pillion.
