What's iPhone 3Gs worth?

I'm going to stick my iPhone 3Gs on fleabay but not sure what it's worth.
It's a black 16gb 3Gs with good screen and original box and everything that came with from new. Bad news is that it has a crack in the corner of the back cover.
Local phone shop will put a new back on for £40 but is it worth spending the money or should I just put it on sale as damaged. It works perfectly in every other respect.
Any suggestions?

Tried them. You get more for scrap on eBay than they pay.

They go for anything upto £180 on eBay, but with mine having that crack on the back corner not sure. Think I'll put it on for £120 and see what happens.

I sold one on eBay just before Christmas for £170 - buy it now. It was unmarked though but I'd certainly expect you to get £120!
