What's the difference between klim badlands and the badlands pro version?

Badlands is this year's model. Not a lot of difference I think (I can hardly remember any) and certainly not enough to justify the price hike.

AFAIK the 'pro' series are now discontinued and use a stiffer material in the abrasion/impact areas which was harder to work with when they made the suits. All other differences are minor tweaks.

For what it's worth, I had the badland pro, great jacket but I am a big guy, issues I had good body fit but arms too tight and too long, cuff too tight to get gloves under inner cuff too long and a pain.
New Badland ( had it 6 months) bigger fitting meaning sleeves not as tight and I can layer up, inner cuffs gone, no more issues. Other changes that they have made:
Collar not as high
Collar can be press stud opened now not Velcro
Under arm vent zip shortened
Extra vent zip added to chest both sides
Extra waterproof pocket inside man zip area
Upper arm vents now have air scoop
Lots of other bit changes but not that make a difference to me
Honestly if the Pro fitted me better I wouldn't have changed, for me the change was worth it, but if you get the fit right Badland pro was a top jacket.
