Wheels for 1200 GSA?

Well after having the bike for 3 weeks I have bent the wheel rim slighty. Now going back to BMW for a replacement is gonna cost me some hefty moula, can anyone suggest an alternative or will I just have to swallow the cost?

It depends on whats available locally, in the UK theres plenty of firms that will straighten rims for very little compared to the cost of a new one, had an alloy done years ago and it wasn't a big job.

Are you sure it was you who bent the wheel? I thought I had bent mine too, but is seems that BMW are making them that way these days!

Much appreciated guys, I think it was my fault as i wanted to mount a kerb and maybe the approach was too fast
I have said bugger it and gone a got a new rim from bmw now waiting on it coming from germany, as here in sunny dubai they dont keep spares!
