Not sure about central Wheels I spoke to the about 18 months ago and they said that they don't rebuild BMW tubeless spoked wheels because of the need for special jigs

i had a discussion about doing this with devon rim co. i think they'd do a very good job, but be prepared to dig very deep in yer pockets.
