Suppose this is only aimed at the lads in the pale......

I'm looking to do a service on the bike this weekend or during next week so I need to pick up some 20w50 mineral and gearbox oil.

Where do you get yours and how much does it cost?

ah jaysus, now we're on 10w50. Will they ever make up their minds?

Is it still 10w50 for the 1100/1150's?

halfords sometimes have good deals on castrol motorbike il so just stick up when the deal is on

It's just a wonderful idea, Think about it "when the recession" hits they suddenly Even after they release the 1200 and it's been in production 6 year that they suddenly say we recommend fully synth!

My opinion for what it's worth if it's ran fine on yer choice of oil then just continue with it!

But If ya want to pay £30 odd quid for 4 litres be my guest! I shan't!

One further benefit to the whole oil industry is that you can't MIX Fully synth and mineral where you can semi synth and mineral, So your top ups will have to go with you in the pannier! OR it will cost you dear in a garage!

I’ve been buying mine here:thumb

http://www.thevisorshop.com/acatalog/Castrol.html

Free shipping to ROI on orders over £50 and fast delivery, so either buy enough oil for a few services or treat yourself to something nice. If someone else can recommend cheaper Castrol in Dublin Id like to know.

.

I ordered a visor from them 10 days ago, still hasn't arrived. They say GLS has it, GLS say they never got it. I haven't got it either and now i'm getting PO'd. I bought the helmet from them originally, but i doubt i'll be buying from them again. I'll be looking for a refund next week.

pity about this, because they are usually ok to deal with, ive bough loads off em,so ave my mates.

To be honest i've been trying to support Keary's and Lee Honda for my bike and service item needs, but LH don't do Arai stuff anymore, so i tried Crossons. if i remember right, there was drama when i bought the helmet too. Ebay next i suppose. Bummer.
