Where is info stored SP3

I presume the map sets are stored in the card.
Where are the routes stored , card or unit itself.

If I have two or more cards, and copy different maps and routes on each, do both maps and routes remain on the card when I remove it and reinstalled when I change cards.

PS, Ive searched, but have only got a limited lifespan.

Den,

Mapsets are the only thing that are stored on the data cards.

Route and Waypoints are stored on the unit itself.

That said, if the route that you have stored on the unit, does not have the relevant mapsets stored on the data card, then it will have to rely on the base map to guide you.
