This picture was sent to me and entitled "The road to the stars in Ireland where every 2 years the road and the stars align" I've never heard of it but if it exists I bet someone on here knows it. Sorry, I don't know how to post the picture in the body of the message.

I can't assist you with the location but a two year celestial cycle strikes me as odd; I'm inclined to file this with Darby O'Gill & the tooth fairy.
