If you want I'll make ya this free gratis out of Stainless, it won't have the dished
ends, it will be flat disks welded to the tube, should look ok.

I'd do it in aluminium only I don't have an aluminium threaded cap, so I'll use S/S
dairywall tube so it should be light.

Screw cap on top and ¼ BSP at the bottom and three bungs tapped to spec.

wouldnt feel right taking it off for nothing

your opinion on the single threadded insert on the side, would it be better on the rear end. i will make bracket to mount it onto the ffotpeg locating holes on rear sub.

meant say is cap a vented one? if not that doesnt matter just take it will need small vent tube at top of neck.
