I have found the best way to a) Keep the Kenwood upright, b) waterproof c) Easy to fix to the bike.
It is a tool holder that fits under the seat of your mountain bike! It has a simple press and click tab that can either bolt to the panniers or as I have done cable tie it to the grab rails. Buy an extension lead from Autocom, run this from under the seat to the bag. Cut a small hole through the back of the bag to pass the lead through. Mine is an old Trek bag which has a small rubber motif on the top, this is ideal to pass the antennae through and forms quite a good seal around it.
Click the bag onto the plastic clip and hey presto instant handy pack. I also can put my phone in it to recharge when on the move.
If anyone is interested I can e-mail some photos to you.
Cheers all.
