Which brake shoes ??

Which brake shoes should I go for, O/E or Ferodo. ? (or others, if there are others)

The O/e ones have given up the ghost (linings fell off)

OE weren't available when i tried to buy a pair a couple of months ago. I'm not a fan of EBC because they use a harder material. There's also been an issue with the quality of the castings used meaning the shoes don't always sit right.

Don't throw your old ones out have them relined with a decent friction material for half the price of new ones.

Just do a search for local Classic bike places

I took me wheel off and got some sandpaper in the hubb where the shoes rub
Reversed the sandpaper so its a sheet/strip sandy side inwards
Then put the shoes inside and lightly cut them in to the same radius as the hubb

Dont get the dust any where near YOUR air intake
Still poor bit not as shite as they were
I save the specific shoes with each back wheel (got 3 lots)
