I need a new batt for my 1150gs and I want to get a gel one, as when I dropped my bike on its side on a tricky Moroccan trail, acid leaked out and burned some paint of my crankcase.

Which one does anyone recommend and who is best (cheapest) supplier.

Thanks

Will

A BMW gel battery has a two year guarantee, maybe a bit more expensive than other Gel batteries , but BMW ones are good quality.

Gel batteries.

My first BMW one lasted six months, they changed it no probs so i guessed
it was not unusal.

Are these batteries okay for abs models.

I noticed it said ''ABS probleme'' but not sure if it is some blurb from a former customer about ''my last battery did not operate the abs''

Thabks in advance
