Which pads?

Hi everyone!

I've got a 1150GS Adv on an 04 plate, and need a new set of pads all round.

I've been told that EBC pads wear the discs too quickly and that BMW OE are best by my local bike workshop, but have also read good things about EBC on here!

So the question is - are the BMW pads worth the extra cash or are the EBCs not THAT bad in terms of disc wear?

If EBCs are OK, which ones are best - EBC Organic or Sintered?

Can anyone tell me which pads version I should order if I go with the EBC's for my model? I've seen this site but am not sure which ones would fit my bike?

Hi

If you can hang on till the 9th of this Month... send a PM to Steptoe.. he knows his stuff and supplies brake pads at a price thats hard to beat. He supplies pads that offer the best compromise between disc wear and brakeability.

btw he lives in london.. so perhaps you could collect from him... which would save you on postage too. of course to send pms you will need to pay your £12 subs.
