Hoepfully someone can point me in the right direction.

As we all know the lights on the 1150 are crap. I'd like to fit some spots but unsure which ones. Ive had a look at Nippy Normans but at nearly £300 for a complete system inc wiring loom and mounts etc it seems a bit steep just for a set of spots. I do like though the ability to use the indicator cancel button to turn them on and off!

Can anyone recommend a good set and also someone to install them, I really dont want to go any where near the bikes electrics as I have no experience in this.

Im near Junction 36 of the M6 (Lake District)

Cheers

In the old days:rob before all the bling the favourite was to fit a pair of small Blue Ring lamps from Halfords onto a piece 3/8" alloy bar. Total cost £30.

The result was a great improvement.................but still crap:D

i had a migsel light bar a pair of FF50's and a pair of FF75's
on my 1150 adv.

one set linked to main beam and one set via the indicator cancel switch

worked really well and i believe it was all a BTBR original set up, top quality kit.

and with the instructions that i printed off this site even i cwas able to fit them and believe me i am no electritian.

and at the moment the whole lot is sat in a box in my garage, as i have traded in my 1150 and am waiting for the F800GS

will the FGS need these extra lights ???????????

the other option is to convert the existing lights to HID
search for Les Wassal on this site i know he does excellent HID work

regards
Hamish
