I agree: How do you equate spending £16k on a 'bike with being tight or in any way concerned about money?

All that aside, I reckon the GSA will hold its value better, and is the better bike.
In MSL's January editions review of the R12RT-WC they ask 'Is this the thinking man's GS ?'![]()

Kinda with Timpo on this one....when ever was buying a new bike an "investment"? It is all about value for money. The value being the enjoyment you get from it. Get the one you want.....if you don't you will end up chopping the bike in early to get the one you really wanted in the first place ....and that is the expensive way round.
Been there done that, and it took me years to recover from the financial hit. Anything you buy for fun, always follow your Heart.
