Ok who's got the best exhaust on their 1200gs? best looking, how much did it cost? where did you buy it? any insurance issues? how does it sound? pictures please. Do they get any better than this? Don't know where it came from, how much it cost, but ain't it gorgeous?

I have a full Laser Duo-Tone with titanium silencer. I like it. But it's just an exhaust. I only got it because it was cheaper than replacing a damaged original with a new one.

I do like the look of that underseat exhaust, though.

Remus headers, BMW Akra, best by far but it's all down to personal choice.

I have a Briggs & Stratton Header with a Tecumseh Can. It rocks.



I just got the BMW Akra can, It sounds nice with the baffle out. My next step is to get a Remus header.

But, as already said. It's what you like, (and what you want to spend).

Inexpensive as comes free with bike , nice and quiet so doesnt upset farmers and horses, and no putative who-knows-if-true fuelling probs to worry about (if your a worrier) or be blamed for by dealers.

Oneupmanship is not always the case. The standard 'hugemoungous' exhaust fouled my MM racks big time, so a no brainer for me

Oh, and horses and farmers should stay in the fields where they belong, not spreading horse shit and muck all over the Queens Highway
