My wife is best described as ‘ample’..enough said.
She doesn’t normally hold on at all when pillion but obviously used the side grips when I’m braking. On my Sprint GT not a problem.
I had a test on a 900 Tracer GT which I liked but she hated purely because her bum covered the side grips so she had no way to get her hands into them.
We’ve sat on a GS 1200 ( still waiting on a test run, but even so it’ll have to be solo because of the shops insurance). She can get her fingers into the grips but it’s still tight although it’s possible.
Are there any wider grips to replace the existing ones on the market? Surely I’m not the only person to have this problem?
And no..divorce isn’t an option
