Big thank you to the service team at Williams
My bike was in the workshop having a 10,000 mile service and the front tyre changed when the lady on the service desk asked me to come into the workshop. The tyre changing machine had made a slight mark on the wheel rim, while changing the tyre.
This could easily have been covered up and I probably wouldn't have noticed it for some time, but to my astonishment, they've ordered a brand new wheel at no cost to me.
I've always had good service at Williams, and I felt that this needed a mention; this is top notch service - many thanks to Janet and Lee
