win32 z bot virus HELP

My PC has been infected with the win32zbot (ramnit) virus.
I know it is a nasty bugger. Is there any way to clear it without a total wipe down and reload as i dont have any discs etc.

Malwarebytes can find it but cant seem to do anything to remove it.

Is my pc doomed ?

Have you tried malwareytes while your booted into safe mode? Press F8 after the BIOS screen if you didnt know. Failing that then install filemon and regmon and go hunting the components. You might get away with a system restore as well thinking about it. To be honest though for safety sake your probably better with a rebuild and restore your backed up data. If you don't have disks does your machine not have a recovery partition with everything you need?
