Windows Vista and MapSource

Looks like there is a new version of MapSource available for Windows Vista users.
Same version number as before and none of the additional features of the 6.12 Beta version.

If you've got Vista & mapsource could you have a go with the test GPS maps on http://www.smellybiker.com/maps ?

I'm not able to test that & would love to know if it works or not.

Using Vista Ultimate, Mapsource 6.11.6 and WanderLustEval-1v60.exe.

Installs ok, gives you the option to select it in Mapsource and this is what you get........

....

PS. Just tried it using Mapsource 6.12.0.2 Beta, with the same results.

Looks like you have the demo copy there (hence only a few stripes of maps), but if that works then the full version will work.....same stuff, just more maps.

at downloading the members copy, but did not want to pay £25 just to test....
