So just how much can one expect to pay for a set?

From BMW - £1050 plus discs plus ABS ring

Second hand - about half that, I paid £450 for bare wheels, £200 for new EBC discs and £35 for an ABS ring. Finding any for sale was hard though, they may be more common these days.

Also beware the hidden cost of the bolts to hold the discs onto the wheel - approx £50 for the set. Also also, you'll need a new set of bolts for the rear wheel, the ones for the wire wheels are longer. These are only about a tenner though.
