wireless weak signal

I am having problems with a weak wireless signal , and dropped connection.


I am thinking of upgrading to a Belkin Wirelss pre-n router.Does anyone have any experience of pre-n wireless networking?

why Belkin?

I'm sure somebody will flame me for this, but why Belkin? I've had several friend that have had nothing but problems with Belkin wireless kit, (routers, USB adaptors and PCMCIA adaptors)

I've always used Dlink and have never had anything but fantstic results, great range with 0 dropouts.

I know it doesn't answer your question, but i can thoroughly recommend Dlink stuff.

Well I've upgraded to the new router, and it's the dogs danglies as far as i am concerned.

Excellent signal strength all over the house. No drop outs.


Any one want to buy an old router?
